Ten years of mobile phones

I thought it would be interesting to note down the mobile phones I’ve owned over the years, while I can still remember what they are! You’ll see that the big selling point for me has always been data, and more lately, interoperability with by PC based software to avoid the pain of multiple copies of the same data at varying stages of decay. But one thing is clear, things have moved on a long way since 1997! The best thing that has happened is that it’s usually possible to sell your previous handset on eBay for more that than the price of a handset upgrade, so since the XDA II, these handsets have not cost me a penny (until I got to the over-priced iPhone, that is)!
